LWS GmbH has existed since 1994 and is known for the manufacture of high quality carbide, PCD, CBN, CVD, ceramic and HSS cutting tools. Thanks to our modern and largely CNC-controlled machine park, we can guarantee you high precision. From CAD-supported optimization through CNC programming to 3D simulation, we carry out our work / measurement processes with the latest technology. As a customer, you benefit from the many years of experience and high level of competence of our employees, who only hand over a product to you when our own quality standards have been met. This is also confirmed by our international customers - well-known companies in the tool industry - for whom we have been working successfully for many years.

On request, we can also manufacture according to your drawing specifications or with contract grinding. We also offer to add only a chamfer, shoulder or rounding to your to your existing tools. The complete regrinding service is also part of our portfolio (LWS HighLife). As well as machining in wire erosion or by laser for chip breakers.

We have been soldering the CBN / CVD / and PCD segments in our in-house vacuum soldering furnace since mid-2017.
