Le nitrure de bore cristallin cubique est le deuxi\u00e8me mat\u00e9riau le plus dur connu apr\u00e8s le diamant. Il est donc id\u00e9al pour les outils de coupe, qui s’usent beaucoup plus lentement que les autres mat\u00e9riaux de coupe. Nous obtenons ainsi une tr\u00e8s grande pr\u00e9cision de forme et de dimension et pouvons usiner des mat\u00e9riaux durs, comme l’acier tremp\u00e9, en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <\/p>

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa bonne conductivit\u00e9 thermique, le CBN n’est pas affect\u00e9 par les temp\u00e9ratures de rectification \u00e9lev\u00e9es et la chaleur g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par l’usinage ne pose donc aucun probl\u00e8me. Nos plaquettes de coupe \u00e9quip\u00e9es de CBN sont bras\u00e9es dans notre propre four \u00e0 vide pouss\u00e9. L’assemblage par brasage sous vide pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9sistance et une dissipation thermique particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9es, bien sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles du brasage par induction atmosph\u00e9rique. De m\u00eame, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 laser offre la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un contour de brise-copeaux pr\u00e9alablement d\u00e9fini dans l’ar\u00eate de coupe CBN. Nous vous recommandons, selon l’utilisation, d’appliquer un rev\u00eatement suppl\u00e9mentaire pour prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie ou pour mieux d\u00e9tecter l’usure.
