Thanks to their excellent wear resistance and high hot hardness, carbide Cutters can be used very individually for a specific application or material. The previously selected HM grade determines the subsequent area of application. For economically efficient production, it often makes sense to coat the Cutters in order to achieve a longer service life. Thanks to our cooperation with renowned coaters, we can offer you all services from a single source. Special solutions are also no problem for us.
We stock a wide range of blanks and can therefore respond to individual customer requests at short notice. Chip former geometries can be created using laser technology or die-sinking EDM.

The advantages for you
We have a wide range of carbide blanks that are ideally suited for corresponding ISO or special inserts / inserts. On request, we are happy to incorporate chip breakers into the carbide inserts using laser machining to improve chip evacuation. The exact run-off contour is determined in advance using CAD and then implemented. This effectively prevents long flow chips. We also recommend a coating, which significantly increases the service life of the cutting edge. We are happy to advise our customers on the right carbide grade and the best coating.
